This website is operated by Bravo's School of Motoring. Information you provide is used to respond to enquiries, assess lesson requirements, manage availability and provide driving tuition.
New learner onboarding form
If you complete the new learner form, Bravo's may collect your name, phone number, email address, home address, lesson collection point, previous lesson experience, preferred lesson type, theory-test status and any information you choose to add in the notes field.
The form is processed through the website hosting provider's form service. Please do not include medical details or other unnecessary sensitive personal information in the notes field.
How information is used
Information is used only where needed to deal with your enquiry, arrange or administer lessons, communicate with you and keep appropriate business records. Information should not be kept for longer than is reasonably needed for those purposes or any applicable legal obligations.
Optional pupil emergency-contact form
Providing an emergency contact is optional and will not affect lessons. Every field is optional. The optional form is available on request and records the pupil’s name, the contact’s name, relationship and telephone number, and a parent or legal guardian’s name if they complete it for a pupil under 18.
If you provide details, Bravo’s will use them only to contact the person you name if an accident, illness or other emergency occurs during a lesson and contact is appropriate. If urgent, Bravo’s may contact emergency services first. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests in pupil safety and emergency contact.
We store the completed form securely with the lesson terms. Only Bravo’s instructor and admin may access the details, and only in an emergency. We keep the details only while we are teaching the pupil and delete them when lessons end. We will not sell the information or make it public.
Before providing another person’s details, tell them you are sharing their details with Bravo’s for emergency use and give them this privacy notice. The form asks you to confirm that you have done so. A parent or legal guardian may complete and sign the form for a pupil under 18. The form is not a contract; it only records the emergency contact.
Information you send by other methods
If you contact Bravo's by phone, WhatsApp or social media, the information you provide may also be used to respond to your enquiry, manage lesson availability and communicate about driving tuition.
Pupil success stories
Names, photographs, pass details and comments may be published on our website where the pupil has agreed to that publication. Published material may remain visible online until it is updated or removed.
External services
WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other external services have their own privacy policies. Following an external link means your use of that service is governed by its provider.
Your rights
UK data-protection law gives individuals rights over their personal information, including rights to request access, correction or deletion and, where we rely on legitimate interests, to object. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office if you are concerned about how your information has been handled.

This version of the site does not install analytics or advertising cookies. If analytics or online booking tools are added later, this notice and any required consent controls should be updated before those tools go live.
